Freight Claims
Visual freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and noted on the delivery receipt/BOL at time of delivery. Internal freight damage must be reported within 7 days. PROINSO is not liable for secondary transport freight claims.
Returns
All warranty claims for defective material must be addressed to and taken up directly with the relevant manufacturer.
