This solution combines the advantages of a decentralized system layout with the benefits of centralized inverter designs in order to get the best of two worlds. Freight Claims
Visual freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise and noted on the delivery receipt/BOL at time of delivery. Internal freight damage must be reported within 7 days. PROINSO is not liable for secondary transport freight claims.
Returns
All warranty claims for defective material must be addressed to and taken up directly with the relevant manufacturer.
